License
Which license covers each part of Satura Space, what the Elastic License 2.0 on the Remote relay means, and where third-party notices are.
Satura Space is open source. Almost all of it is under Apache-2.0, with one exception for the Satura Remote relay.
By part
| Part | Path | License |
|---|---|---|
| The desktop app | apps/orchestrator | Apache-2.0 |
| The engine | packages/saturaspace-engine | Apache-2.0 |
| The SDK | packages/saturaspace-sdk | Apache-2.0 |
| The MCP server | packages/mcp | Apache-2.0 |
| The Satura Remote relay and its phone entry pages | packages/companion-app | Elastic License 2.0 |
The license texts are LICENSE and packages/companion-app/LICENSE.
What the Elastic License 2.0 means here
You can use, change and run the relay for yourself. You can't offer it to others as a hosted or managed service.
The phone app the relay serves is built from apps/orchestrator, which stays Apache-2.0, and relay/m/vendor keeps jsQR's own Apache-2.0 license.

By opening a pull request you agree that your contribution is licensed under Apache-2.0 (inbound = outbound, as section 5 of the license says). There's no CLA and no sign-off line to add. See Contributing.
